REAL Story In The Stars: Part 5 of 9

Psalm 19:1.
"1The heavens declare the glory of God;
And the firmament shows His handiwork.
2 Day unto day utters speech,
And night unto night reveals knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language
Where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line has gone out through all the earth,
And their words to the end of the world."

God's heart is so full of His Beloved Son that He blasted the awesome story of His work of redemption all over the night sky.  Long before the written word existed, that's how they preached the gospel.  It was passed down from generation to generation by learning to "count" the stars, meaning to "recount," the story."  (Follow this link to learn about the REAL story as God wrote it:  http://emmausrevelations.blogspot.com/2014/06/the-real-story-in-stars.html?m=1)

Don't confuse this story in the stars with the devil's pathetic perversion--astrology.  He is a perverter, not Creator.  

Let's be clear; the stars DO NOT rule our lives; The Bright And Morning Star does, and His Name is JESUS.  Christians of course have NO business dabbling in horoscopes and prognostication. 

Wise men of ancient times in the Middle East recorded the existence of the Southern Cross. It was visible in the Northern hemisphere.  Incredible I know, but true!  Look it up in the writings of Ptolemy sometime.  It was visible as far north as the British Isles. He saw it and they spoke of it in his writings.  

Why could they see it then and why is it not visible now in the Northern Hemisphere?  For some reason, apparently, IT DISAPPEARED FROM THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE AT APPROXIMATELY THE SAME TIME THAT OUR LORD JESUS HUNG ON AN EARTHLY CROSS 2,000 YEARS AGO.  

It's prophetic import was fulfilled.

The Southern Cross was not recorded on any {comparatively} recent star charts until 1679 when Augustin Royer, a French architect who lived in the time of Louis XIV, published his star chart. It was then, and still is, located directly below zodiac sign "Centaurus." {see picture below}

Centaurs in mythology were depicted as the upper torso of a man and the body of a horse, two completely different species, man and horse, a typology of Jesus' dual nature as fully God and fully man.  They were described as creatures that had "no beauty or comeliness that we should desire them."

Sound familiar?  It should.  That reference is found in Isaiah 53:2
 "2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him."

Our AWESOME GOD orchestrated the amazing-grace story in the stars.  He changed their positions in the heavens to tell the ongoing, matchless story of our wonderful Jesus as it unfolded so we would what He did for us.
