Fear = Worship

In Luke chapter 4, when Jesus was tempted by satan at the end of his 40 days of in the wilderness, the devil said to Him:
6" All this authority I will give You,and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.
7 Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”
......and Jesus' response:
Luke 4:8
"And Jesus answered and said to him, 'Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall WORSHIP the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.'"

Jesus is quoting this verse in Deuteronomy: 6:13
"You shall fear {(yaré- יאר)} the Lord your God and serve Him, and shall take oaths in His name.  Notice, He uses the word "worship" in place of the word "fear" in the OT verse.
To "fear" the LORD Jesus defines as "worship."

It's the same word for fear in Proverbs 1:7:
The fear {yirah- יראה} of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge."
Fear = Worship

Hebrew reads from right to left left and is a form of picture writing, like Chinese.
Yirah-"fear" is spelled
{י} "yud"-open hand/power
{ר} "resh"-think/meditate/head
{א}"aleph"-ox, sacrifice
{ה}"hei"- grace

When you "meditate" on the "power" of Jesus' "sacrifice" and His "Grace," you feel an overwhelming desire to "fear-worship" the Lord!
Halleluia!!!

Fear = Worship
