You've no doubt seen horrific images of their terrible sufferings in those death camps during WW 2. Unimaginable, inhuman cruelties that defy description!!! No: WE WILL NEVER FORGET!

Ever look up the definition of the word,, "holocaust?" It really shook me when I first heard what it meant of it so I looked it up for myself. The first definition came as no surprise; but the second one rocked me to the core!
Hol·o·caust: noun
1. Destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire or nuclear war.
2. Historical definition: "Holocaust" is a word of Greek origin meaning "sacrifice by fire." A Jewish sacrificial offering that is burned completely on an altar.
That is what Jesus became for us. That is what He went through to redeem us.
HE BECAME OUR HOLOCAUST.
He went through that holocaust for you and I so that we wouldn't have to. What do you say to such marvelous, incomparable love but THANK YOU!!! PRAISE YOU JESUS!!!
